    We offer home and property services including, but not limited to, maintenance, repairs, renovations, and seasonal care.

  2. Estimates and Pricing

    Estimates may change if additional work or materials are required. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

  3. Scheduling and Cancellations

    Appointments are scheduled at a mutually agreed time. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

  4. Payment Terms

    Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods: cash, credit card, debit card, and electronic payment (Zelle, Venmo).

  5. Customer Responsibilities

    Provide safe and accessible work areas. Share accurate property and service details. Obtain any necessary approvals before work begins.

  6. Liability

    We are not liable for delays or damages outside our control, including but not limited to weather, supply shortages, or third-party vendor delays. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

  7. Warranties

    We will address reasonable concerns related to workmanship reported within 5 business days of service completion. Warranty does not cover materials or products not supplied by Reliant Home Solutions.

  8. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted with the new effective date.
